You don't have to be a yoga pretzel to get the benefits of the breathwork and body weight strength building. Pilates builds core strength and balance which many people lose as they age. By the way Belly Dance is just pure fun while getting fit!
Don't be one and done! Cycle class is a great way to strengthen your heart muscle, tone your legs and sweat a little (a lot). As with any practice you have to keep trying and it will be rewarding!
